IRS cuts are eliminating almost half of the staff that audit the finances of the wealthiest Americans, a job that they have previously declared was being done inadequately due to staff shortages.

Well, taxes are theft anyway, right? And they'd be "stealing" more from those people than from middle class people, so it's better this way because they're stealing less.
