[Ms Tyler likes to think of herself as a sneaky, sneaky person. This is...not always true. Like. At all.
SOMETIMES though, she totally succeeds, though. Like how she got to the shower without tripping over anything. This is what explains his waking up to the sounds of the shower, probably, because...she can't make the water quiet. There's only so much she can do with her sneakiness.

[She got to the shower without tripping over anything because his flat is relatively clean. There might be a few dress shirts or a pair of trousers on the bedroom floor but it's not like she has to climb Laundry Kilimanjaro to get out of there.
Or maybe she had to climb over him. His flat isn't all that big

[Yeah, yeah, her flat is pretty clean, too! It's almost empty, that's like being clean. It works.
Anyway, she's not the worst at running up water bills, but she does use a bit more soap than strictly necessary. It's a habit. It's hard to kick. Anyway, as far as how observant she is, that's...fairly observant, actually. She kind of needs to be in her line of work if she doesn't want to die.
That said, it helps that she's about done with the shower and not running anything over her hair or face when he comes in. It's the different sound of water that catches her attention, though, so his stealth is pretty decent, she'll give him that.
After a moment, maybe two, she peeks partly out from the shower just to make sure that's actually him and not...whatever.
She's seen a lot of things, okay? It's good to know.]

[So that's why he's gone through soap faster in the last few months! She might owe him a few bars, then...
He'd never let whatever into his flat, at least not knowingly. And he's sure whatever would be dangerous and not quite as stealthy as he can be.
Still aimed at the toilet, Riley looks over his shoulder and gives her a slight smile.]
No, ye're fine--I just needed tae use th'toilet. [He turns back, shakes, tucks things away and goes to wash his hands.]
Coffee's on if ye want some when ye're done. [He grabs the hand towel off the counter to dry once he's done washing and turns to lean on the counter opposite of where Rose is peeking out behind the shower curtain.]

[Oh they're only soap! She could reimburse or compensate him for them somehow if he really had a problem with it.
Well...she's had to deal with weird things living on her own for so long. It's a habit she's not really inclined to break even when she visits other people.
Still! It's just Riley, so she smiles and give a little wave.
She might have ducked back in to the shower then, but since he's talking...eh, why not stay peeked. Besides, she always likes it when his hair is all messed up after pillow-y things or after being ruffled. Also the whole t-shirt and boxers look. She likes his casual looks, okay?
She offers a tiny smile.] Coffee? Yeah, I s'pose I could grab some when I'm done. Have you got any eggs? I could make...scrambled? [Just. Scrambled. :|]
