"Sir Fred Schonell Drive" is a name I'd almost forgotten. I lived on Munro St. when I was an exchange student there in '88, I think that's the street facing the lower playing field you mention. The house (or rather, the trailer in the backyard) I lived in is long gone - according to Google maps it's an expensive looking house or vacant lot - but it's awful to think this happened where I once spent a lot of time. I wish I could help out too.
