days 2 & 3 weren't too bad. today on day 4 i was enjoying the smells of food but i really wanted to eat something. so i baked foods instead. *shrugs* the salt water flushes have been going well but it takes me at least 90 minutes to be comfortable enough to leave the house. good thing i've been able to alter my schedule a bit lately ( Read more... ) -

most of my day went well. did my salt water flush like i do in the morning while on the cleanse. that's like an hour long ordeal. hahahaha... well, yeah. then i only made it to bottle #4 today. s'posed to drink between 6-12 of these little buggers. i just can't drink that much! i get full and you're only supposed to drink when you're hungry. i feel ( Read more... ) -

i spent 2.5 hrs at work in the dark tonight. what a great way to spend a thursday nite. oh well. power came back on before it was time to leave. the clients weren't too disturbed by it so that's good. whew! gave me a headache though. time for sleep since i need to be there for a double later. growl ( Read more... ) -

one of our clients had their guitar hero game at the house and i've really enjoyed it. i don't like playing many of the songs that they have on there and recently i played the level that looks like hell: Lou's Inferno. *tugs at collar* wasn't really diggin that. and since i've only tried the game for 2 days in a row i wasn't able to beat Lou. but ( Read more... ) -
