Why did you delete your journal only to repoen it again?

a) to regroup when under attack; but more pertinently
b) because i have photo albums on pics.livejournal.com whose URLs are advertised outside LJ, and that people might reasonably wish to view, refer to, and link to.

I think it answers it perfectly. She deleted because of inappropriate comments. She has restored it to allow people to view her photos, which have been linked from other sites.
