Been really distracted with the bunny dramas, but here's the update! We went in to pick her up, and Karen got to see the stone. She observed that it looks a lot like a cocktail olive, just a little bigger, and wow it really does. Luckily, it was the only one, and no signs of others trying to form. But it was huge for a little bun like her! The ( Read more... )

Oh, I'm sooooo glad to hear she's feeling better. Poor little bun. But feisty is good!

Thank you! :) And yes, I always think of the feisty as a good sign! Remembering that always makes med/feeding time less aggervating. ;)

There's a joke about the Monty Python bunny lurking just below the surface there... but I can't quite get to it.

Glad to hear Daphne's doing so well! I didn't realise she was smaller than the boys, too. Maybe they're just long and stretchy.

I remember when Kristi, our first cat, had to have surgery and had to wear one of those collars - but hers was plastic - Daphne's at least looks more comfortable.

Run away!! medusasowl February 7 2007, 22:37:30 UTC
No, she's definitely smaller. I think she's got a little dwarf in her mutt background. ;) And yeah, those stiff collars don't look like any fun! Daphne got off easy, mostly to make sure she can get at the food. Still, she is not a fan, heh!

I'm sending so much healing energy Daphne's way. I hope you guys are able to get some rest. I know how hard the recovery can be.

*hugs for all*
