it's only illegal for a VENDOR to ship alcohol to maryland. people you know can mail it to you and there's nothing illegal about it.

Yeah IO know but that eliminates the possibility of someone sending me a bottle of wine from one of my fav wineries websites or a beer of the month type of thing.
