Foo Fighters and My Chemical Romance have been announced for the Main Stage of Radio 1's Big Weekend 2011.

The two bands will be playing at the event (taking place at Carlisle Airport) on May 14-15 with the Foo's headlining Saturday night and MCR playing the second to last slot on Sunday (just before Lady Gaga closes, you know, as you do).

I JUST NEED SOME MCR-GAGA INTERACTION, I NEED ITTTTTTTTTTTT.

....I'm not even such a huge fan of her's, I just sense the potential for this to be FABULOUS.

Ok I have my most difficult exam of the year the next day but I am applying for tickets. MCR and Gaga!!! Only problem is to get to the front I guess you'll have to stand through all the terrible acts before. Oh and tickets for this are always hard to get.
