I'm going to go with the darkhorse and say Famous Last Words. I think it's beautifully shot and the energy is ridiculous. You get all the great interaction of the band and it's basically just them playing and whole shitload of fire. Plus it's awesome to icon.

A extremely close second would be I'm Not Okay (high school!au version). I like the fully formed narrative and I feel like it really kind of cemented early MCR and the roles they played for awhile. But it's a difficult choice obviously :(

It was Helena that caught my attention, if nothing else but for the fashion, I wish with all my heart that I'd had that dress for my prom

I do still enjoy the black and red aesthetic. And I've seen quite a few really well done Helena prom dresses which IMPRESSIVE, srsly.
