~Gifted children or not, the first rule is that you should send your children to either public or private school. Private schools are normally under the administration of the religious. So, it is a religious school. Or else you have a choice of educating your own kids under your own supervision which is called "Home Schooling." You have to register and get all the papers required for this. Otherwise, you could be in trouble for not sending your children to school. But when children reach middle school tho, some kids become lazy and don't want to study anymore. The reason for many delinquents. Although there is also another answer to this problem. It is called GED in America to allow you to pass the secondary schooling. This is the kind of test you have to sit down for.

I am only citing the American side of education. The experience I have had with them.

то есть до этого всё устраивало? получается примерно так: приехать в Саудовскую Аравию и удивляться что там нельзя бухать. ну так хотели лучшей жизни- получите.

В США для одаренных детей есть специальные классы, в начальной школе, а потом и спец. программы, или даже спец. школы ( частные или нечастные), не может быть чтобы в Европе такого не было, у них дети на олимпиадах всегда впереди американцев.

Живете в другой стране- принимайте ее законы полностью, а не выборочно и как удобно. Мог бы ответить более прямо, потому-что, основываясь на многочисленных жизненных примерах, не верю в интернациональную любовь...
