Fifteen years ago today (well, tomorrow), I created a Google Site as part of one of my first assignments in a dual credit computer science class I was taking at the time. I should start writing down backwards lyrics again someday. I've thought about doing that at least for Enya/Céline Dion/Sarah McLachlan/Dido/etc. songs that are so new or obscure that they didn't exist/I didn't know about them when I was still updating OWY1U. The nuances of how to make a website about it without having to worry about things like "should I censor the backwards lyrics that sound like they have cussing or mentions of infamous historical figures? Is it okay to write down funny backwards lyrics to an originally-serious song?" etc. might be too complicated for a reboot of OWY1U but maybe I could at least share them with you like I used to!
