I just try my best to be fair with all my people. That being said, I also have to run the economy and make sure things are in order so every citizen has enough food and a place to live. And then I have to make sure I'm constantly protected from Koopa attacks. Lots of things can get hard, I can definitely get overwhelmed sometimes.
