But interesting that the media is really quiet about it. But when it happened, they were saying that the fish will be contaminated for the next 100 years or more considering the half-life of radioactive particles. But they sell fish and sea weed harvested from the Pacific ocean and even advertise them like wild-caught, as if it is so great, don't they?

Admittedly there's not much talk about that anymore.
Everything does its business as usual.

Btw, was surprised that the second event was on the same day as the first, only a few years earlier.

Maybe it is the moon tides or something? Usually some people nowadays like to explain system f**ups like that. In reality it is just consequences of the environment and it is the cause. The date is just coincidence, I think.

Ah, no, I didn't mean it like that!
I'm aware of the fact that it's just coincidence...
It was just strange to notice, as I somehow don't have the second one that exactly stuck in my head. Always I've got to look it up.
