It's definitely Matt, lmao. It's from a newspaper clipping last month, from HPANA, I think, where he's showing off his AS-level scores (that's the white thing on his right in that picture). The original shot looks like this, so imagine all the altering done to make him look almost human there, sigh.
I've had it for ages, and I always hated having lurkers about, so it was the best option, I think. That, and I'd rather not find myself on fandom wank with all the crazy bullshit I spew on about.
She really is, thank goodness. Imagine if she didn't grow out of her plain phase by the time HBP came out? It would've taken a lot for her to pass for the ultra-pretty Ginny, but luckily adolescence has done her well.
That's the most recent pic of Matt, which is what I was going for, and unfortunately that was the only one I could find for a while. I mean, there were the bits for the Queen's party, but it was all profiles and that drove me mad. Trust me, if I see a new one, I'll change it, but for now, it's something, sigh.
None of those are recent, though, are they? I even left a comment at Matt's fansite and asked here about them, and people said the convention pics were ages old. Getty's most recent pics are from the Queen's party. Believe me, I've checked. ;)

Well, I had the Evanna picture from months ago and Dan's recent shot matched up well with the small smile, and Rupert, Emma, and Bonnie had a BILLION pics each from the DL premiere, so it was easy enough to find pics of them (well not Rupert so much because it was just SO many pictures and he's always making a face or is caught mid-word in a shot, sigh), and Matt... he sticks out terribly and I hope a new set of pics of his come out soon. VERY soon, lmao.
