So, things are going at the moment. Neither good nor bad. I'm still looking for a job, though my application to McDonalds (I did say no-brainer jobs) is being reviewed. All I want at the moment is employment. Once I get a job and am in a position where there's steady money coming in every fortnight then I can start looking for something better, but

What is it that they're discussing in your linguistics class that you find most troublesome?

It's a little weird, being a student again. I keep looking at the first years and thinking "My, god! Was I ever that young?!" (When in reality I was probably younger. Barely 17 when I started Uni)

It's pretty much all the stuff related to syntax/grammar. It confuses me. I sorta get the morphology side and I get the semantics stuff, enjoy it actually, but the syntax.... blah!
