He seems sort of grim about the whole thing with the FBI. He suggested that she do it, gave plausible reasons why it's a good idea, but his manner just seems a bit off.
You know, I agree with you. I didn't make note of it at the time, but I think you're right.
As if he's putting something in motion that will break them up. Maybe. I just don't get the feeling that Tidwell has a problem with Charlie or Charlie and Reese. Plus, if anything, Charlie's been very supportive of them! He doesn't out them, he tells them he knows, but he's ok with it. The compliments of the suit and such, and this week offering to "fill in" for Reese. I would think Tidwell would consider Charlie the best-case scenario of his subordinate and girlfriend's partner

Oh, I don't either. Tidwell's weirdness was all Tidwell, I thought. Charlie misses her, he knows Tidwell misses her, and is all about finding someone to talk to. Even if it's someone on a tech-support hotline who hypothetically works in India.
FBI Lady is asking inappropriate questions, so maybe she's part of the whole Roman/FBI/Conspiracy thing. Maybe someone leaned on Tidwell to force him to encourage Dani to take the position? Maybe Tidwell knows it's about Charlie and he's not telling her, so that's why he's uncomfortable. Or maybe he doesn't know what's behind it, he just knows he smells a rat.
If Tidwell thought any harm to Dani or her career would come from this FBI thing, I can't see anyone possibly leaning on him hard enough to make him do it. I can maybe see if he knows it's about Charlie, but the last one is most likely.
WHY DOES MY TIVO SEE NO NEW EPISODES OF LIFE???At least that means I can watch Lost on my actual TV next week

This is very cool-- I love how you notice and analyze things, Mary/ I nod my head---yes, she's so right --I say, about things that I noticed without articulating in my brain let alone in speech or writing. You articulate it so well.
Bobby goes into the house, despite Charlie’s request and my yelling at the TV.
Hee. He ignored me too.
I also SO LOVED Charlie helping Ted with his detective work. “Bobby. Do you have a question you’d like to ask Ms. Brill?”
Yes! And then, the way he encourages him to ask a better question when the first one is so lame.

Not sure why he couldn't spit out that pill at the end. Or stick his fingers down his throat or something.Good question. I think he must have swallowed it right away, and right away the muscle paralysis started in. It looked like it could have shot straight to the back of his throat in which

I'm guessing he ignored thousands of people across the country that night. *g*

Yeah, you make a really good point. It was funny enough, and sweet enough, that he even encouraged Bobby to ask a question at all. But then he showed that he was sincere! He gently pushed back on the first question and asked him to try again. The second one was better. Loved it.
