Saam just shakes off everything, even the blood splattered on his face and the likely concussion, and helps Cable's automaton tend to Xavier, getting him to a med table.
"He's alive." Professor X's mouth doesn't move, despite his voice being clearly audible. He might not even know he's telepathicly emitting-the pain is blinding.
Otherwise, he just lays there as he is tended to, recalling...every other time his body has been taken away from him. Is it just fate?
Jimmy gives an instinctive sneer, before straightening up and realizing he's been holding Wade's leg in place at the inner thigh.
His hand jerks away, suddenly appalled.
"Oh, eew, yuck, gah..."
Another sneer.
"Yeah, he's alive. I have to go wash my entire brain now..." he grumbles, standing up and letting them have... ugh... a moment. Signaling Colossus to come with him.
Seeing Theresa coaxing Deadpool back into existence, regrettably... but she's here. She's safe, and she's smiling.
That's worth the absolute hell he feels like right now.
So he leaves them be, walking as best he can, still pushing back the T.O., over towards Xavier, where he's been coordinating the automated surgical procedures taking place to try to restore the use of the professor's arms.
Greymalkin, however, is a haven for future-technology... and as a result, they seem to have hit upon a way to help Xavier regain more than that.
"Huh," he says, thoughtfully, as he fights off the twitching that comes with the T.O. struggle, trying to focus on the information on the monitors.
"Nathan?" Professor X manages after a moment. He...
He feels humiliated, honestly. Charles Xavier is not a man who emotes readily, and now here he is, lieing prone, absolutely vulnerable, in front of a crowd of people who...well, he honestly couldn't blame half of them for disliking him. Despite being a near cripple for much of his adult life, Xavier has only felt /weak/ for brief, terrible moments, and this is another one of them.
This emotion is only visible in the slightly panicked gleam in Xavier's eyes, and the pinched focus of his lips as he forces himself to say, "...is it bad?"
Cable's eye, usually a brief flicker of light during the occasional uses of his mental power, is a steady, pulsing glow, struggling to re-establish a human face.
There's a shake of his head.
"You should regain feeling in your arms in about five minutes."
Then, he glances to the X-Men in the room before adding, "You should regain feeling in your legs in ten minutes."

A big pile of gnarled flesh and bone, in still-pooling blood, tattered bits of fabric.
The mask is torn up... but intact enough to render it impossible to know if his eyes are open or closed.

It's a long, absolutely disgusting process, but he starts to resemble something human again.
His face focuses on the massive Indian looming over him, and his mouth starts to shake a bit.
Once there's enough lung to circulate air, a wisp of it comes out from his lips.
As if he's trying to speak.

"Legs? Did you say..." Astonishment, uncertainty, hope all interlaced in that tone asking for confirmation from Cable.
