Last weekend, I drove up to New Paltz to visit Bianca for delicious food and antique shopping, so I took a few photos. We changed into natural kei and ate lunch at the Village Tea Room, which is one of my favorite tea places even though it's 3 hours from my house. haha I usually get the Potato and Toussaint tart, but this time I tried the Gravlax ( Read more... )

Aw, I never did go to the Village Tea Room when I lived in New Paltz. That was before I became best friends with my friend Cait and she got me addicted to tea. I have been known to drive the two hours down to New Paltz just to go to Tokyo Sushi though. XD

Nice finds! These antique shops look very nice! *o*
I like the Edwardian inspired lines by Excentrique, but their prices often deter me from buying anything. :/

In pure coincidence we watched 13 Assassins that same weekend. I sense a pyschic connection.

Also love the finds! And that Excentrique dress!.Love both pictures you posted. Perhaps I should bring my Exentrique suit next weekend.

That looks so fun! One thing I can't wait to do back in the US is go thrifting! Florida thrifting seems a lot less fun though.

That Excentrique dress is gorgeous! It would look so nice with a belt or corset or something too.
