I'm going to be behind - very behind - on Leverage, because TNT is delaying a week or more to put the shows up on their site and I'm too lazy to look for illegal sites.
So most of what I have to say about this season has already been said elsewhere, but, (
My spoilery comments about the first couple of episodes. )

One thing that distracted me was the nagging question of Doucherman was supposed to be Steve Jobs or Bill Gates. Probably an amalgamation of the two. He was more like the image I have of Steve Jobs, though.
But yes, very weak episode.
I think Sophie is just pulling Nate's leg with that real name thing, and the rest of the gang is in on it. Some sort of payback for season 2.
I think that Parker is probably the one who is most mentally stable. She seems very zen-like to me, most of the time. It's just that she doesn't really connect with the rest of the world. Aspberger's?

I thought Sophie had said in earlier seasons that Sophie wasn't her real name? I may be misremembering this? And since she went off to find herself and put some of her personas to rest, I can well believe that she would return to the Leverage team, at least, and tell them her real name, but continue to be so annoyed at Nate for doing a deal and getting himself arrested without telling the rest of the team that she would decide not to tell him her name for awhile.

I don't know if Sophie ever mentioned that. I watched the first couple of episodes of the first season, but hat to stop for technical reasons, and didn't come back until after she had already left in season 2 (which coincidentally was the episode where 7 of 9 joined the team -- and yes, coincidentally, I hadn't known. It had just happened to be when the technical issues had been resolved.)

I especially love the interplay between Parker, Hardison, and Eliot.
That being said, Nate and Sophie *bug* me. No idea why, but Nate gets the JD vibe from me. The lead bringing down the ensemble.

But they sold me on it the second season.
With all that said, I'm more interested in watching where Parker and Hardison might or might not end up. I mean, now, that's a relationship with the potential for pure comedy gold.
