So I was driving around aimlessly yesterday trying to get Rhett to finally fall asleep and I pulled onto a short dead-end street. So I pull into the driveway of the last house down and am immediately struck by this house. As I paused to look at it it seemed so "happily situated" (to borrow from my favorite movie) and just looked near perfect to me

Would it help if I said there's no such thing as a living room without toys?

Well, I wouldn't mind a few... I just get tired of the toys taking over. If Rhett had a normal-sized room it would be such an issue. :D

Maybe when he gets a bit bigger you can tell him that his toys have to recharge at night in the toybox, or else they start to vanish!
