They're really pulling out all the stops to make Mary look hotter every episode! What's going on?! Not that I am complaining...

I really adore the Raydor family dynamics. And I really identify with Emily, jeez.

Now I'm wanting Emily and Nicole to meet even more.

And I want to see what happens with Louie and Patrice.

Lots of feels...first, from last week, I have to say I'm so sad for Andy at the end. To look back on 40 years and think of everything he feels he lost, and how little good he thinks he's done...it gave me a look at reflective!Andy that I needed to see ( ... )

I want to know who Ricky really takes after. He's so quick witted and loves the irony around him. Emily was more tightly wound, which might just be because of her lodgings and her worry about her career - both good reasons to be off balance - but she's definitely not as free-wheeling as her brother.

While Jack always presents as the life of the party, I have a sneaking suspicion that Ricky inhabits Sharon's humour.

I've re-watched a few times now, and as much as I love Shandy and the mini-Raydors (I do), I've got to give the show-stopping moment to Mrs. O'Connor's reaction to the death of "her George". Amazing feeling projected by that woman. So, as I'm often want to do, I looked her up. WOW! Mary Anne McGarry has amazing range.

The gun-toting widow stole the show with her acting skills. Amazing, although the writers should have put her hometown as Texas instead of North Dakota or wherever - that accent was pure Texas.

That is the kitchen bar for ALMOST Shandy. First you almost got the ship, and this week you got a light (in terms of color) beer with orange peel, but in both cases, not quite a Shandy. (Shandy the beer has citrus soda in it.)

Does Blue Moon have some sort of product placement deal?
