Scott's been trying to fire him for three years. Apparently it's next to impossible to get fired from my company, although Scott's informed me that over the past week (The store's general manager has been on vacation) "Carl" has gotten into confrontations with two other managers. He's pretty sure this thing with me will be enough to give him the boot.

Start moving his stuff around when he's not looking. Rearrange stuff in exactly the same order over and over again. Trust me, that's mess with a perfectly sane person, so I'm sure it'd send him into ceisures.
