Start by keeping a food log. Try to eat something every 2-4 hours, small, but balanced. I usually end up eating 6+ times a day, but only 200-500 calories each "meal". This is probably optimal as it maintains a constant blood sugar level and keeps your metabolism running well.

Binging and crashing can give you diabetes and slow down your metabolism.

When I was in college and also working full time, I usually kept my car stocked with dry/canned items so I always had something, cause I was a poor college kid too. Though ideal would be to have a well stocked cooler/lunchbox with fruits/vegies/etc.

Um ya eating is kinda necessary silly. Breakfast really IS the most important meal of the day because your body has gone hours without any nutrition whatsoever. Everytime you don't eat, your body goes into starving mode and starts to STORE FAT. That's very counterproductive when you're trying to lose weight like I believe you are and just unhealthy in general. Always keep something with a quick sugar like a fruit leather or fruit snacks on you to pick you up if you start feeling dizzy like that again. It's also best to avoid milk before a very active workout like that because it can make you puke ( ... )
