Yes, exactly. Like, yeah, not cool that Russell had all those people killed, but killing people is what vampires do, and (unlike, say, Bill) Eric's never tried to pretend otherwise, so his revenge shtick just irritates me. Plus I will never forgive him for killing Talbot.
I know Pam won't actually break up with Eric, but hope springs eternal, goddammit. She did seem pretty unhappy with him after all the Russell-related shenanigans.

Yeah, the Eric and the Queen thing still bothers me. I'm guessing the justification is something like she got there and claimed the territory first, has better political connections, that sort of thing, but I still don't like it.
