Yea I've noticed that. I was thinking the only thing you could possible accuse Arthur of, is maybe willfully ignoring certain aspects of his father's rule or even what Merlin means to him.

Even that though he starts to acknowledge in the latter half of the 2nd season.

So sad....so heart-breaking. This whole keeping the magic thing secret must really be killing Merlin. I know it's killing me! This is a lovely glimpse into what I've decided is a poor, tortured soul at the moment (aka Merlin). They desperately need to do the magic reveal this upcoming season, because I don't think I can take much more of this waiting around. It's going to drive Merlin to the brink of insanity!
