Give the man in front a cigar! I have reason to believe that the Syndicate may be working on ways to subjugate people using these very frequencies. After all, if a certain sound can change a person's mood- for example hearing a song from your childhood can cause saudade, or, as the religious right is so fond of saying, rap or heavy metal music can cause anger and 'satanic' influence, who is to say sound cannot be manipulated to cause paranoia? killing rage? terrified complacency
