Okay, here's the part where things kind of start to suck, but I feel like I should tell you sooner rather than later:

Aww, that's too bad, I've told plenty of friends about it and we're looking forward to it.

I personally pre-ordered it from amazon.co.uk (I'm in Canada) and am eager for it to get here, I look forward to reading it.

And we all will do our best to be patient until we see it on our shelves!

I don't even remember. It wasn't too bad though, $25 at most I think. Not much more than I figured it would cost me to order from the US if I had too....

I think I'll be ordering it from the UK Amazon--I don't want to wait another year!

Regular (air mail) shipping is coming up as 6.98 pounds for me. The whole thing, with shipping, would be £12.37, which is about $22.00 SHIPPED.

eh..if i order it from amazon.co.uk.... it will be the british version right? =/ or can i wait less then fall 2006 and get it in the american version on amazon.com...?

Whatever's on amazon.com will be the American version. I think. There are very few differences, however--just spelling and a very few things changed (Saran Wrap/Cling Film, Neiman Marcus/Marks & Spencer, that kind of thing).
