Korean side dishes
So, I just came back from South Korea yesterday and I'm already missing it. But what I miss the most is the food! I fell im love with their sude dishes, most especially the fermented foods. When we were at Jeju, we ate at a local restaurant who served us fermented pollock as our side dish, and I love it! I didn't know where to buy one so on our way ( Read more... ) -

I’ve read Arthur Golden’s "Memoirs of Geisha" and it was a nice book to read. This was the first time that I became acquainted to the Japanese culture. I’ve always feared the Japanese; though I wasn’t born during World War II, the stories of terrorism makes me shiver.
