But you're right, this chapter sounds awfully sad-- especially: if Mikan follows Yuka, what about Natsume? And the love triangle was finally (well, officially) solved, too. >w<

No...that was during the flashback, the doctor thinks Yuka was injected with a poison. Mikan's fine lol
