Yeah, in Britain it's like, the leader of the party with the most support becomes PM - so when Labor & the Lib Dems make a coalition, they'll have the most support combined, and the leader of Labor will become the new PM. So since Gordon Brown stepped down as leader, they'll have to pick a new guy to run things. Some other people will put their name in contention but I guess he's the odds on favorite right now.

Although if the Tories can manage to woo the Lib Dems over, then David Cameron will become the new leader, but that looks increasingly unlikely.
