Sam and I went to the County Clerk's office in SF at lunch, filled out a form, waited in line, were told that I can change my middle name but not add one (really? why? because.), and then bam, we have a nice, sadly plain looking for it's exciting purpose piece of paper saying we have to get married before December something or other. I didn't pay
