Also included in that package was Seth's Bannock, Beans and Black Tea, an illustrated version of his father's memoirs about growing up on Prince Edward Island during the Great Depression. It's really very good though terribly sad, and serves as a reminder that, while poverty and deprivation are relative, the generations after WWII have enjoyed ( Read more... )

Yeah, I meant more that his 'universe' is convoluted, not so much his origin. But didn't they also have him turn into OMAC, or something? I can't even remember anymore. I can't believe my head is full of all this stuff.

Whups! It was not Doc Mangus who created Chemo, but a fellow scientist, who was a constant failure, although he did somehow managed to acquire a gigantic man shaped plastic beaker, which requires major knowledge of the American Science and Surplus catalog.
