Darkness’s sarcophagus dispersed around the form, beads of black dripping off every crevasse; The human figure slowly shook off the pearls of black water-like dark, until he had obtained some faux physical sense of dessication

Fai continued to weave through the crowds, his masterful skills providing him to easily dodge the oncoming traffic of people. A gust of wind followed in his wake, burshing against the passers-by as he rushed past.
He chuckled to himself a little bit. He hadn't had a good run like this in such a long time...since even before Seresu fell to the ice...
"Fai! Fai, come back here!"
"Just once more around, mom?" The child asked, his voiced laced with politeness. The woman stood in a small hut on the fringes of the palace walls, at the edge of the town. The Flowright family, consisting of a mother and son, had been in residence to the hut for a few years, but were packing to move into the castle itself -- the boy's magic had been of great interest to the community.
"Alright, but dinner is waiting for you!"Fai had become distracted by his past memories. His flashbacks had distracted him, and he ended up slamming full-force into the back of another. He was stopped dead in his tracks, tumbling over the man. Pieces of the currency he had

Perhaps not paying much mind to the rest of the people as he should have been [in an ideal world, anyway] wasn’t a very wise practice. Especially at night when the shadows tended to linger around more, not in the cities but then again it was one of those bad habits to regard Heartless no matter what world.
Well, malpractice didn’t wait to long before catching up with him. Or rather in this case, slam straight into him. The mass of whatever sent the Soldier into a tangle of Fai’s coat and himself-his sword flying askew from the two of them. In all the blow had sent him face first into the dirt pathways of Hollow Bastion’s marketplace.
What the hellSlowly, Cloud managed to lift his face from the dirt and focused his eyes in front of him. A singular munny lay in front of him glinting in the low light, followed by many others who seemed to come from the sky and join it on lying in front of him. “..Huh?” Wow, he must have been a really sad case if God started pitying him enough to make it rain munny

He slowly shifted his form, now able to stand up. His jacket had come askew from his form, and had torn in a few places. He was littered with the dust from the ground, so he patted himself. Small clouds exerted from each press of his hands to his clothing, until he found himself suitable appearance-wise.
"I'm terribly sorry," he said, brushing himself off one last time. "Are you alri--"
He had looked down to the other person, and stopped mid-sentence. Another one wearing an attire similar to Zack's. This one seemed to have modified his appearance, though. A rebel of sorts? His aura screamed 'renegade,' and Fai couldn't help but take interest. He seemed to have some similiarty to Zack, but Fai couldn't quite place how.
"--Er. The name's Flowright," he said, smiling, extending his hand down to the stranger to help him to his feet. "Perhaps I can tread you to a meal as proper apology..?"
Honestly, he hated when people asked that elusive ‘are you alright’ after something like getting tackled to the ground unaware. Of coarse, the answer was most obviously no since he’d had a rude meeting with the dirt and his knee hurt a little from being flung so easily. But being in the military here the obvious habitual response was the same as he said now, “I’m fine. That was nothing.”
Despite the outstretched hand Cloud took it upon himself to try and get up on his own accord, slowly working his way up by bracing hand on knee. It took him a little longer but eventually he stood up straight-not even bothering to look at the stranger so much as he glanced around for where his sword went to. “Thanks..but you should pick your munny up or you won’t have anything to pay for that meal with.”
The sword hadn’t landed too far away, just setting his eyes on it was enough to be at ease for the moment and pay attention to the conversation. “Flowright.” He repeated, looking to this new face, “I’m Cloud.” Though he couldn’t say it was nice to
