The boy with the unibrow laughed, his nose high in the air.
"I bet I can beat the golf champion with my two years of golf experience!" exclaimed the boy clad in bright green and orange. "Why, I've been swinging golf clubs since elementary!"
The boy continued boasting his skills, his not-so-captive audience tuning him out.
"LASER BEAM!" comes a sudden, powerful voice.
A golf ball whizzed past the boy's ear, landing in the hole the boys had been staring at.
"...may you never be called upon to make good your boast, Horio-kun," said his friend meekly.
Horio agreed without a word.
