Feeling a bit frustrated

Have been off sick now for about a month, and about to spend another month off sick. Frustrated because as my contract is only for 16 hours then I don't get sick pay and I am feeling bad that Scott is the only one bringing in money. Also feeling frustrated as it is limiting what I can do, no picking the kids up for a hug, no gardening, not able
