Feeling a bit sorry for myself

Our washing machine is in a cupboard in the bathroom, this is relevant as I managed to bang my head pretty hard on the door of the cupboard on Friday. Gave myself a huge lump (which has now gone down) but head is still sore and I seem to need to sit/lie down every now and then....mind you that could be the cold I started last Thursday :( Lets
