phone cards?

hi all,

any recommendations on the best phone cards to use to call internationally? more specifically, from the U.S. to the Middle East (Dubai). Any websites you guys can recommend where Dave can still call me a few few times a week without breaking the bank.....? any suggestions is appreciated! thanks!!

ya unfortunately we wont be able to use the internet so the skype idea wont be an option :(
