Choosing an affirmation each day and repeating it, trusting it, believing it.
The one I chose for today isn't new. I've used this affirmation many times when I've been in a funk or when my inner critic starts getting the better of me. I am loved and I am creative. I'm surrounded by both and I create lovely things.
