Monday evening was the start of a new week and a new onslaught of classes and homework.

The room was quiet except for quiet mumblings and the clacking of keys as Broots and Blair worked.

The sound of a happy bark gave advance warning that Angel was about to knock on the doorframe.

Blair looked up at the bark and grinned. Bark meant Sean! He quickly tried to finish his history homework so he could play with the puppy without guilt.

The knock came, as the bark had promised. "Hey."

Blair frantically finished his keystrokes and hit save. Shutting down the computer he yelled, "It's open!"
