Pepper Potts was a very busy woman. She got up early, and when she could sleep early, she took the opportunity, because she generally wore herself out enough that she was out as soon as her head hit the pillow.

The lack of power and the copious snow had preempted Pepper's anticipated date outfit. Stupid snow. Stupid cold apartment. Thankfully, she'd located all the Stark-branded gadgets that were geared towards cold east coasters, such as tiny space heaters, and the apartment was, at least, not freezing. Now, granted, it was C-SPAN, and she was working on her laptop at her coffee table, but still. It was something.
