As I said in a prior challenge, a lot of LotR web sites are disappearing, LiveJournals of individual fans and communities are being deleted or going silent, and, as we have found in our challenges, even some stories and novels are gone (except for the precious private hoards of a few fans). Reasons that you recommend this site: I like comms that generate fic as well as archive it. The idea of comment_fic is that anyone can post a prompt for the fandom of their choice and then anyone can respond to that prompt in a comment.

Reasons that you recommend this site: 'The Organization for Transformative Works (OTW) is a nonprofit organization established by fans to serve the interests of fans by providing access to and preserving the history of fanworks and fan culture in its myriad forms. We believe that fanworks are transformative and that transformative works are legitimate. The OTW represents a practice of transformative fanwork historically rooted in a primarily female culture. The OTW will preserve the record of that history as we pursue our mission while encouraging new and non-mainstream expressions of cultural identity within fandom.' [Archive of Our OWN FAQ]
And that has gotta be good. Yeah?

*big thumbs up*

I stumbled over this site and started to read a story and never ecver gave a look at the synopsis and so I read the first ever for me working mpreg story. I know, most don't even consider to give a mpreg story a chance, but this one really works and it is beautiful written - the main story and the sequels:
