Ashleigh! That's terrible, aww. I cannot beliveee that they got the files mixed up, that's just uncalled for. Your poor Gran, not even knowing that they could have been doing the wrong things to her because they had the wrong file.

I'm just so shocked that they don't watch enough either. I wish there was something we could do but sometimes there's nothing. I'm really sorry to hear all of this hun, I'm sorry for your Gran your Mum and your family. *gives love and hugs*

You can rant all you like, all those mix-ups with the files and the hospital being short staffed etc. is ridiculous! I can't believe they had the wrong file! O_O But still, I'm glad she's in a nicer hospital now. And that she's doing better. Oh, and I hope your cold vanishes soon! *big huggles*
