EDIT..... It turns out it was a look alike comedian..... and the sad thing is... I wasnt sure. That speaks sooooo much about our president :P
Still.. its interesting that Larry King didnt refer to him as a comedian..

He looked a little pie-eyed, and he was laughing too much.

Bush actually even sounded a little different

he frequentyly prounounced words with a hard "S" like "save" with an "SH" sound. Which... he probably does do on occation.... but in all the speaches i have heard of his, he wasnt doing it like THIS.

W is an imbecile. I think his drug and alcohol abuse left permanent damage. Clinton smoked pot but "didn't inhale". I think George smoked something and forgot to exhale!
