I know!! I'm sorry! The conversation will pick up in the same place in the next chapter, and it was just too long to include in this one. I also know, though, that people have been getting a little antsy, so I wanted to let readers know things are starting to amp up.

But yeah, so much hate right now. Really sorry!

I have to start by saying that I love that Wes, made Blaine actually give his feeling serious though before even considering performing a song. He insecurity about being Kurt's best friend was so cute. I cannot wait to see the rest of that car conservation.

Thank you! I love Wes, too, especially when (in this au) he takes on a big brother/mentoring type role. If someone had done that on the actual show, I think it could've saved Blaine a little embarrassment.

Is it possible that Kurt's soulmate is Jeff? Then Blaine can still be soulmates with Finn, and then...all four of them can be besties for life! Oh, this is Klaine, right? So sorry. I like your exuberant Jeff. I would think that your story's Kurt and Jeff are just adorable together. The perfect bromance. ;)

Looking forward to seeing how Blaine's going to react to the guys' hypothesis that Kurt may be his soulmate, not Finn.

I should write a side-story about Kurt and Jeff. They're so much fun together, and I think they're good for each other in this story. Funnily enough, I had no intention of making them friends when I started writing this; it just sort of happened. Now Jeff and his friendship with Kurt are two of the things on which I get the most comments!

Blaine's in for an interesting car ride, I think.

Definitely would like to read side stories about Jeff and Kurt's bromance then. Your Jeff wins a lot of hearts because of his exuberant nature. Can still "hear" the difference between his excitement about Kurt's arrival and his toned down "Oh, there's that Hummel kid..." Still makes me smile. :)
