Beard? I don't have a beard... :)

Overall, despite certain changes they've made to the story, Watchmen is going to be something special as far as the superhero film genre goes. More so than The Dark Knight was, and I'm a huge fan of TDK. There'll be shit going down in Watchmen that people will never believe they'd ever see in a superhero film :D

At the very least it'll look bloody epic!

The lawsuit between Fox and Warners which ended a few weeks ago?

Yeah, I commented on it 2 updates ago ;) :P

In all fairness, Fox had no hand in it at all. The money-grabbing swines didn't even want to make a film. It was only the oversight of one feckless producer that allowed Fox to retain any rights to the film version. Typically, once they saw how amazing it was looking they suddenly decided they did want a piece of it after all.

All good capitalist fun :D

So, you coming over for the 6th?

Not sure. I'll see if any helpful staff there can enlighten me tomorrow lunchtime. As a general rule of thumb, the smallest rooms are 80 seaters upto a larger 200+ seater for the big blockbusters.

Counting thus far we have:
Me
Stumpy
My mate Steve
Possibly Beric
Charlfoo
You
Possibly my cousin Andrew*
Possibly my mate Neil*

*will confirm soon.

So 5 definite's and possibly 8 total so far.
If they have a 6pm screening, with the film starting about 6:30pm, we'd be out of there at 9pm. Watchmen theatrical version being 2 1/2hrs :)

Plus 15 to minutes of trailers after start time.

Even so, there is time to get a few swift ones in before last train home.

I shall try to drag V along too.

Yeah, that 15 mins or so of trailers is included in the half hour before the film starts, between 6pm-6:30pm ;) Already took that into account, thus film actually starting around 6:30pm with film running time of 2.5 hours means it'll finish 9pm :D

Sorted!
