I know you don't expect to live to see old age, but you really ought to be putting something away for that rainy day. You never know when it's coming.

I probably should. But I'll be honest, I'm not going to.

I use an app or on line called Mint. You attach your credit cards and bank accounts to it and it keeps track of what you spent. You might have to go in and tell it what the items were for until it learns what they usually are. Quite a handy item.

I could no doubt do it with a simple spreadsheet, too. It's just a matter of expending the effort now that it's actually worth doing.
