WHO: Willem and Matthew
WHEN: October 6th - noon
WHERE: LU campus cafeteria
WHAT: A simple little meet up between two potential friends - at least, when it comes to the tulips of spring (and memories of).
( Or maybe just lunch )

He was leaned back in his chair, novel in hand, when the sound of a familiar voice made him look up. A smile crossed his face, and he slipped the book back into the bag at his feet as he greeted the blonde.

"It's been a while. How are you?"

"I'm pretty good... A bit busy and all b-but good," Matthew offered a slight smile, a bit breathless as he sat down. His eyes drifted to the cover of the book and he wasn't able to catch the title before Willem had hidden it away and out of view. "And sorry about that. I guess I just kind of went into hiding- you know?"

"But uh... What were you reading?" he questioned.

"Salem's Lot by Steven King. It's really quite good."

He stretched his hands out, yawning a bit, before turning in his seat to face the other man.

"Did you ever get your laptop back?"

"Oh uhm. Well- not exactly," Matthew set his phone that he'd been fidgeting with on the table and he sighed, giving a small shrug. "Still don't- have it. But it's probably a good thing. I guess you could say I was getting a bit attached to it?"
