“Привет,” Natalia greeted - nonplussed at the twitching eye and open mouth of the woman opposite of her. It was a reaction she had seen before in a hundred different shades, after all. The сука (an offhand nickname by now) would just have to get over it. Sooner rather than later, preferably. Dealing with such antics grew tiresome for Natalia. Was it entirely necessary for people to hysterically ask if she broke into their home when it was apparent that she did? Such questions almost tempted her to cut out their vocal cords so they would be silent.

But to speed things along in this case...

The doorknob, Natalia found, with a little strength was easy enough to break off. Examining the detached knob for a beat, she dismissed it as being made from a cheap metal like steel and tossed it in front of the increasingly horrified and pissed off woman.

“We will start now, yes?”

...start now?

Start what?

At the sound of something landing beside her foot, Emi looked away from the blond woman to glance down, eyes widening before her head snapped back up to glare at the puta in front of her. However, she had to stop herself from yelling at the woman. Natalia had a knife. Emi didn't. Natalia was blocking her only exit-

Wait.

The fire escape.

Without so much of a warning, Emi quickly spun on her heel and bolted towards her room and towards the fire escape (though not before gathering up the now awake and alert Nene into her arms).

However, just as she was scrambling to get her window open, she paused. Dios mio, what the hell. W-Why was the ladder to her part of the fire escape missing?! Emi could have sworn that - Well, she hadn't really bothered looking outside her bedroom window for the last few days, but she could have sworn that it had been there all week ( ... )

Natalia took Emi shoving her against the wall in stride - mostly by raising her knife in reply to prevent her from doing it again. Most people quieted down and concede after that. If they didn’t, it was only a natural matter of course as to what happened next.

It was good that the сука at least understood this in part.

Seeing the other woman warily keeping her distance and eyeing the weapon that was most definitely in the wrong set of hands, Natalia continued on, disregarding the interruption easily.

“The shows,” she said simply to the shouted inquiry - as if that’s all she needed to say to make her meaning clear. That she even bothered to explain at all was quite extraordinary to anyone else who had found themselves in the same situation. And that list was by no means small.

Taking a step back, Emi eyed the woman warily before her look of frustration morphed into one of confusion. Shows? What shows? What in the world was she talking about-?

....wait a minute.

"The telenovelas?" Emi asked, brow raising slightly even as she kept her distance from the other woman. "What about them?" She shot a quick glance at the neatly displayed box sets and other assorted DVDs before focusing on Natalia once more. "Look, if you want to borrow them, go ahead -" Just leave already. "But I'm too busy to focus on them-" Or you. "Right now."

She waved her hand dismissively at her tv. "Take them and go. I don't care so long as you leave me alone."
