I hadn't realized there was a new Farscape fic archive.

I wonder what the status of Leviathan is? The last time I tried to post something there, I think it failed to go through, but that was quite some time ago.

AFAIK, Shift has gone on to other interests and Leviathan is laying fallow. That is in fact why LTG is starting up hers.

I looked at your fic quandry right now, and it's so far out of my way of doing things (which is generally jump in and hope you don't drown) that I don't know if my advice would be of any use.

If it was me, and the section couldn't simply be deleted, I'd rewrite it to work, and if it couldn't be rewritten to work, I'd scrap the whole thing, but if I couldn't bear to do that after all my work, I'd complete it as originally planned and put a disclaimer in the notes that this was planned before an episode aired which threw the story in a cocked hat, and that's what you get for messing with Time-Lords, here it is.
