Im leaving this wednesday the 28th of June to go to Field Training for 28 days for Air Force ROTC and wont be back until July 27th. I can recieve NO contact what so ever, except from the mail. I improved in all 3 areas as compared to last semester
1 min push ups - 24
1 min Sit ups - 47
1.5 Mile run - 12min 47sec'

and ive decided im running everyday. From here on out. Startin tomorrow at 12:10
